You are hereby informed that our next tri-annual meeting has been scheduled for May 18, 2019 at the Canadian Reformed Church in Edmonton (Immanuel).  The meeting will begin D.V. at 9:00 AM.

The agenda, as well as the new Constitution/Bylaws, to be ratified at this meeting, is attached.  Reports from both the treasurer and the secretary will be available on the Foundation for Supernnuation website prior to the meeting.  Your church's treasurer will have the password.

We would encourage you to attend or to be represented if at all possible.  Be sure to send the appropriate credentials with your respresentative.  If no-one from your church is able to attend you may appoint someone to represent your church, again with the proper credentials, so that they can be properly recognized at the meeting.
